EAGLE'S NEST, BERCHTESGADEN

The Bavarian town of Berchtesgaden is  the site of Eagle's Nest, Hitler’s summer home, which is featured in Chapter 54 of Between These Walls. In the early 1990s, Michael Newman visited Eagle's Nest with his son Adrian,  21 years old at the time.
